Privacy statement

The company Wealth is Health d.o.o. (hereinafter "WIH") is the owner of the website bonneheure.hr ("website"). We have created this privacy statement to demonstrate that we care about the privacy of our users and to inform them about the ways we collect and process personal data on this website. Please read this Statement carefully to learn how we collect, process, protect or otherwise use your personal data.

Any Buyer or User who has any questions regarding personal data may send an email to info@bonneheure.hr. By accepting this Privacy Statement through Buyer registration or User login on the website, the Buyer or User confirms that they have read, understood and agree with the processing of personal data as set out in this Statement.

What types of personal data does WIH collect and process through the website?

During the registration process for a Buyer account on the website, Wealth is Health d.o.o. will request the prospective Buyer to provide certain information about themselves (personal data) such as first and last name, address (including postal code), email address, telephone number, username and password for natural persons. Legal entities will be required to provide the following information: company name, registered office address (including postal code), delivery address if different from the registered office (including postal code), email, telephone number, OIB (personal identification number), username and password.

Buyers are required to select whether they are natural or legal persons before registration in order to proceed correctly in accordance with the Law.

Providing personal data is the Buyer's or User's decision. If the Buyer or User does not provide the required mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, they will not be permitted to participate in such activity, as without this data the activity will not be technically feasible.

In addition to this data, we automatically collect data from your computer, which may include IP address, and there are situations in which we automatically collect other types of data such as the date and time of access to the website, information about the hardware, software or internet browser you use, as well as the operating system of your computer, the application version and your language settings.

We may also collect information about clicks and pages displayed to you on the website. WIH recommends that Buyers take care of their login password for their website user account. We recommend that when choosing a character combination for your password, you always combine uppercase and lowercase letters as well as numbers, and that you use a password of at least six characters. We recommend changing your password periodically (at least once a year).

For what purpose does WIH collect and process personal data?

WIH collects and processes personal data of website Buyers for the purpose of performing secure authentication of Buyers accessing the website, fulfilling purchase agreements, delivering goods to the Buyer, communicating with the Buyer, any legal proceedings related to the fulfilment of agreements, and we partly apply automated processing in order to continuously improve our processes in the interest of Buyers, and to adapt our product and service offerings as closely as possible to the habits and needs of Buyers.

We do not collect data about children. If we become aware that such data has been transferred to us without the consent of the parents or guardians of children under 16 years of age, we will delete it without delay. Minors under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the website. No part of WIH's website is designed to attract anyone under 16 years of age.

What is the legal basis for processing personal data?

By entering their personal data and confirming (clicking) acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Statement, the Buyer enters into a contractual relationship which forms the basis for the purchase of products and services of the Buyer's choice on WIH's website, as contained in the Terms of Use, and therefore the processing of such personal data is lawful as actions are taken at the Buyer's request for the purpose of completing the purchase of products and services ordered by the Buyer, and the concluded contract to which the Buyer is a party.

With which recipients does WIH share personal data?

The Company will not share the Buyer's or User's personal data with other parties except in the cases set out in the following section and in situations where applicable regulations require it.

The Company will, when required for the fulfilment of a purchase agreement for products/services ordered by the Buyer or when required by applicable Croatian legislation, share the Buyer's personal data with distribution service providers with whom it has a standing contract, for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email.

Recipients with whom we share data

  • Distribution service provider may request the Buyer to present their identification document at the time of package delivery during personal collection of goods, for the purpose of fulfilling the package delivery service and keeping records of who collected the package. If the Buyer refuses to provide the required data, the package/order will not be fulfilled.
  • Authorised service providers in the event that the Buyer files a complaint, makes a product claim and a product inspection is required, or requests a servicing of a product they have purchased, for the purpose of fulfilling the repair, servicing or inspection service by the authorised service provider.
  • Prize competition sponsors in the process of awarding prizes to winners, when WIH as the organiser of the prize competition indicates in the competition rules that the sponsor will arrange the delivery of the prize to the winner.
  • Corvus Info d.o.o. Zagreb, Buzinski prilaz 10, OIB 43069653701 which is the online authorisation service provider for the purpose of processing transactions initiated by the Buyer/User of the Company's services when purchasing goods or services on the website. In this case, the following personal data is shared: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, address, postal code, city, country. Processing may last up to 13 months from the date of the individual transaction or the date of the charge.
  • Electronic invoice intermediary service provider, as the Company is obligated to issue e-invoices pursuant to the Act on Electronic Invoicing in Public Procurement. For this purpose, it has entered into a contract with an authorised service provider – an information intermediary through which data exchange takes place between the issuer and the recipient of e-invoices for legal entities, during which all invoices issued by WIH to legal entities are processed and during which the Buyer as a legal entity will be contacted via publicly available contacts by the authorised Information Intermediary Service Provider, who will request the legal entity's contact details and official email address for the purpose of delivering electronic invoices. If this official address is structured in a way that contains a personal name, the legal entity will assess whether or not to provide this contact.

Processing of personal data in the credit and debit card payment process

Corvus Pay

At the time of payment on the website, WIH requires the Buyer's consent to activate the payment process through the company Corvus INFO d.o.o. Zagreb, Buzinski prilaz 10, a provider of card (credit or debit) processing and collection services, a contractual partner of WIH and a Data Processor, as a condition for paying for products and services by credit or debit card. For this purpose, the Buyer's personal data (Buyer's first and last name, Buyer's address, Buyer's card details) are temporarily stored by Corvus INFO d.o.o. Zagreb, Buzinski prilaz 10, which stores this data in accordance with PCI DSS certification, the highest level of protection and safekeeping of confidential data. The Buyer activates the card processing and collection process by confirming (clicking) the "pay" link.

WIH does not at any time possess, collect or process personal data entered for the purpose of card processing and collection. Buyers are advised to inform themselves about the processing of personal data by Corvus INFO d.o.o. on the website where the payment process takes place.

Period during which personal data will be stored

WIH stores the personal data of registered Buyers on WIH's website for the period during which the purpose of processing is being fulfilled, which is the period until the registration is active and after the termination of the Buyer's registration, during which period any complaints from the previous period will be resolved. WIH stores the personal data of registered Users who are recipients of product and promotion notifications for the period during which the purpose of processing is being fulfilled, which is the period until the registration is active.

Access to and correction of personal data

The Buyer and User may at any time access their personal data after registration on the website by navigating to "User Pages" and "EDIT PROFILE" where the Buyer can review the personal data they have shared with WIH. The Buyer and User may request and obtain from WIH complete information about the personal data stored, as well as corrections thereof, by sending an email to the data protection officer at: info@bonneheure.hr.

Erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten)

The Buyer and User has the right to request the erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten) at any time. The Buyer may do so by sending a request to the data protection officer's email address info@bonneheure.hr and the data will be erased without delay. The User has the option of submitting an erasure request in every notification received from WIH, via email, or may send an email to the data protection officer's email address info@bonneheure.hr stating that their personal data should be erased.

Right to object

If, despite all measures taken to protect personal data, you believe you have grounds for an objection, please contact the data protection officer at the email address info@bonneheure.hr. You naturally have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Security measures for the protection of personal data

The collected data is in electronic form and protected by an SSL certificate that encrypts data and thus ensures that communication between the Buyer's or User's computer and WIH takes place via a secure protocol. WIH takes data protection seriously and takes various precautionary measures to ensure that personal data is protected. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be 100% secure. As a consequence, although WIH implements reasonable security measures to protect data, it cannot guarantee the protection of any information transmitted to or from WIH's website and is not responsible for the actions of any third party that receives such information. WIH may choose to store personal data with service providers within the EU and only exceptionally outside the EU. It will only do so if there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission for that country and if contractual guarantees and compliance with binding data protection regulations have been agreed upon.

Amendment of the Privacy Statement

WIH may amend this Privacy Statement at any time by publishing the amended text of the Privacy Statement on WIH's website. Therefore, WIH invites Buyers and Users to periodically review this Privacy Statement, on which any new amendments will be indicated, if there were any in the preceding period. If the Buyer or User does not agree with this Privacy Statement, we advise the Buyer and User to leave and not access or use WIH's website. The amendment of the Privacy Statement takes effect immediately upon publication on WIH's website.

Continued use of WIH's website by the Buyer and User after the amendments take effect implies that the Buyer and User confirms and accepts the amended Privacy Statement.
