Right to unilateral termination of the contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, a natural person buyer is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or delivery of the last product in the order.
Important note:
The exception to this entitlement refers to products for which Art. 79 of the Consumer Protection Act excludes the right to unilateral termination of the contract, about which the seller will specifically warn you in the offer of the specific product. We recommend carefully reading the product description.
How to return a product?

You can unilaterally terminate the contract by means of any unambiguous statement in which you express your intention to terminate the contract.

Prepare the product for return
We encourage you to pack the product in its original packaging to avoid damage. If the packaging is of a specific type (e.g., polystyrene and foil), it is necessary to secure the packaging components to protect the product.
Important: The customer is responsible for any diminution in value of the purchased product resulting from handling of the product, other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Return the product
The customer must return the goods without delay within 14 days from when they notified the seller of their decision to terminate the contract, and bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You may contact the seller to obtain information on the method, options and conditions for returning the product by the seller.
Receive your refund
We will process your refund after the goods have been returned to us.
Status notification: Confirmation of the received product and the refund amount will be sent to you by email within 10 days.
Refund of funds: Will be processed no later than 5 days from the date of the notification.
Exchange of non-defective product
Your request to exchange a non-defective product (e.g., incorrect number of products) that you purchased will be treated as a unilateral termination.

Products (return or exchange) must be delivered to the specified address or the seller will arrange to collect the products by agreement.
Product handling recommendations
Inspect the product: The image does not show the exact product being delivered in full detail. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the product characteristics and description on our website before purchasing.
Check the packaging: If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the product. Immediately alert the courier and request a return.
Open carefully: If the packaging is undamaged, carefully remove the packaging with minimal damage, as damaged packaging reduces the value of the product.
Do not use the product: Carefully inspect the product, its nature and characteristics, but do not use or consume the product if you intend to exercise your legal right to terminate the contract. Handling/consuming the product diminishes its value.
Refusal to accept goods
In the event that the customer orders goods and refuses to accept them without reason (packaging is not damaged), the seller has the right to deduct from the paid purchase price the amount of the direct costs of returning the product.
Exceptions to the right of unilateral termination
The right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by law in several cases. Complete information regarding the customer's right to unilateral termination of the contract can be found in the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/2014, 110/2015, 14/2019).
Complaints about material defects
The seller is liable for material defects of items sold on its pages in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Obligations Act of the Republic of Croatia.
If you discover damage to the product after removing the packaging, keep the original packaging and contact the seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
