The web shop is a specialised store for the sale, distribution and marketing of medical and cosmetic products from manufacturers represented by the company WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o.

By accessing and using our website, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms of Use, agree to the Terms of Use and agree to act in accordance with them. Use of this website includes accessing and browsing the site as well as registering for use.

We reserve the right to delete a user account or identification at any time if we suspect that the account is not being used in accordance with these Terms of Use.

By submitting certain content or material which may include certain proposals, works, drawings, designs or general ideas for this website, you grant WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. irrevocable, perpetual and exclusive rights and a licence to use, adapt and/or modify, incorporate into other works, publish, transmit and distribute within the Republic of Croatia, the European Union and other parts of the world in any form and through all media for any purpose and without monetary compensation or other reward. The conditions of this provision apply permanently.

All prices on the WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. web shop are expressed in euros and include value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the product price. WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The following payment methods are available on the web shop:

• Payment by credit or debit card – Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium and Diners – one-time and instalment payments.

Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia, EU and third countries via courier services. The delivery service usually delivers within 24 hours of collecting the shipment from the warehouse. The exception is islands and locations that do not support daily delivery or fall under settlements with shipment weight restrictions, where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. In case of unsuccessful delivery, no additional fee is charged for the return of the shipment. All orders received by 12:00 PM will be handed over to the courier service the same day, and orders after 12:00 PM will be handed over the next business day.

The delivery price is €10.00 for Croatia and €15.00 for the EU.

For orders over €80.00 (Croatia) or €100.00 (EU), delivery is free. All orders received by 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day, and orders after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day after 12:00 PM. The planned delivery time is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM or as agreed upon. The delivery agent (WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o.) is required to notify the buyer of arrival at least 15 minutes in advance.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, as a buyer you have the right to file a complaint. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for complaints under the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act, i.e. it can be exercised if the buyer has received a product they did not order or if the product has a defect/damage that occurred during delivery. WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. is liable for material defects of products in accordance with the provisions of the Obligations Act. A complaint is not possible if the defect or damage was caused by the buyer's improper or careless handling. In the event of a justified complaint, as a buyer you are obliged to return the product to WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. within the agreed period to the agreed address, and WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. is obliged to replace the product or refund the full amount paid within 8 (eight) days of receiving the justified complaint.

If the buyer is dissatisfied with the service related to product sales or generally any other service related to the operation of this web shop, they have the right to file a written objection to the address: Wealth is Health d.o.o., Mesekov put 16, 10090 Zagreb (Zagreb office) or Jezero I dio, Jezero 36, 47304 Plaski (Plaski office), 47304 Plaski, or via email: prodaja@bonneheure.hr. The objection will be decided upon within 8 (eight) days of receiving the objection.

The website / web shop itself contains trademarks, names and other intellectual property content. WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. is the holder of copyright for the use and editing of the website. If you need content for copying or publishing, you must seek the express written permission of WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. Any copies in paper or digital form must not be altered. Photographs, video recordings and texts appearing on the website / web shop are exclusively the property of WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. We are not liable to users for any loss or any resulting damage, whether contractual and/or non-contractual, that would arise from the use of our website. WEALTH IS HEALTH d.o.o. has the right to cancel an order if an error occurs in the functioning of the online store regarding prices, quantities or availability of items, and must issue a refund if payment has been made. It must notify buyers of the aforementioned.
