Wealth is health d.o.o. delivers products and services within the city of Zagreb, and for the territory of the Republic of Croatia, the EU and third countries, uses courier services with companies with which it has an agreement. Your shipment is insured against loss during delivery. Delivery terms
Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia, the EU and third countries via courier services with which Wealth is health d.o.o. has a signed agreement. The courier service usually delivers within 24 hours of picking up the shipment from the warehouse, but Wealth is health d.o.o. does not guarantee such delivery terms through courier services. Exceptions are islands and locations that do not support daily delivery or fall under settlements with parcel weight restrictions, where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. In case of unsuccessful delivery, no special fee is charged for returning the shipment. All orders received by 12:00 PM will be handed over to the courier service the same day, and orders after 12:00 PM will be handed over the next business day. No delivery charge is applied for orders over €80.00 (Croatia) or €100.00 (EU).

Delivery within the city of Zagreb
For orders over €80.00, delivery is free within the city of Zagreb. For orders below €80.00, a delivery charge of €10.00 applies. All orders received by 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day, and orders after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day after 12:00 PM. Planned delivery time is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM or by delivery arrangement. The courier within the city of Zagreb (Wealth is health d.o.o.) is obliged to notify the customer of arrival at least 15 minutes in advance by phone call to the number provided as the contact number.
Note:
If the courier cannot establish contact, they have the right to leave the order (package) at their discretion in an appropriate and safe location. The courier is obliged to notify the customer of the package location by message and is required to take a photograph of the place where the package was left. The package must be visible in the photograph.

Where is my order?
On the day the package is picked up from the Wealth is Health d.o.o. warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipment number and a tracking link. Wealth is Health d.o.o. uses the courier service: GLS. After the shipment is picked up by the courier service, the customer is obliged to communicate with the courier service regarding the delivery of the shipment.
